From instructor to project lead
Alexa's journey at Crescendo began at the head of the classroom. As an instructor, she gained on-the-ground experience that forged the path for her management style today. By teaching the CMS training courses, she developed a deep understanding of the process from both the learner’s and the trainer’s perspectives.
Before joining our team, Alexa worked in the BPO sector, where she learned to align team training with a client's specific business goals. Today, she uses that background to "connect the dots," identifying where gaps exist and collaborating with our leads to bridge them.
