
Meet Adelina: driving Crescendo's global CX efforts in Northern Europe

Adelina Osmanaj is Crescendo’s account manager for Northern Europe. Her passion for collaboration shines through to deliver outstanding global CX. Raised in Malmö, Sweden, Adelina thrives on the ever-changing nature of her job and finds purpose in partnerships, both with clients and colleagues. “No day is ever the same, but we’re in it together,” she says.
Adelina combines her analytical “doer” mentality with a flexible style, describing herself as a chameleon who can build trust across cultures and teams. Her clients’ challenges become her own: “If my partners have a problem, so do I, and I don’t like having problems!” That sense of shared responsibility motivates her to deliver thoughtful solutions, whether it’s crafting long-term strategies or adapting on the fly.
In her view, the biggest challenge facing digital marketers in 2025 is navigating the rapid progression of AI. Adelina is optimistic: “The human factor plus AI is somewhat of a dream team,” she says. At Crescendo, she works to blend human insight with innovative AI tools, streamlining processes while never losing sight of the personal touch.
Outside of work, Adelina recharges by practicing pilates, learning Italian, and seeking out new travel experiences. And if you’re up for a foosball match, beware—she’s fiercely competitive and proud of it!
